AS200 Alignment Sensor User Interface
The AS200 Alignment Sensor User Interface is software that enables you to control the AS200 Alignment Sensor. You use this program to:
- View Alignment Sensor images
- Create, and modify sensors and recipes
- Monitor a running sensor
